How to pre-order your meal on board?
If you're flying in Economy Class, you can choose your favorite meals for an additional cost, easily and quickly. Here’s how you can place the order:
✅ During booking process (in Extra Services section)
✅ After booking your ticket, but no later than 24 hours before departure, through "My Booking" section, up to 24 hours before your flight
✅ Via Call Center or travel agencies, up to 24 hours before departure
💼 Business Class passengers are kindly asked to contact us in order to select their preferred meal option, included in all Business packages, up to 24 hours before your flight .
📌 Meals are available only on regular flights longer than 1 hour, operated by AnimaWings.

! ATTENTION: For logistical reasons, meal service in Business Class is not available for bookings made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

About the All Inclusive menu
The PRIORITY ALL INCLUSIVE & PRIORITY ALL INCLUSIVE PLUS package includes the following maximum quantities of products that can be ordered during a flight, depending on the mix of products available on board:
Flights over 1h30min
- 1 x hot meal (main course, side dish + bread)***
- Maximum 4 x alcoholic drinks of choice (wine 200 ml or beer 330 ml), subject to availability****
- Maximum 4 x non-alcoholic drinks of choice (water, soft drinks - served by glass), subject to availability****
- Maximum 4 x snack (sweet or savory), subject to availability****
Flights under 1h30min
- 1 x cold meal (sandwich)
- Unlimited water and soft drinks (served by glass)

**The croissant menu is offered to Business Class and All Inclusive passengers traveling on domestic routes or routes with a duration of up to 1h 30m (e.g. Istanbul).
***For the hot meal included in Priority All Inclusive bundle, the main course option will be offered by carrier choice. In the case of passengers with special diets and/or dietary restrictions, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance, up to 48 hours before the flight, via e-mail at [email protected]
