Flight Schedule Update
Due to the current operational circumstances, AnimaWings flights will be temporarily suspended from 2 to 24 October 2026.
As of 25 October 2026, with the start of the winter aviation season, flight operations will resume based on a revised schedule, adjusted to the aircraft currently available in the fleet.
Cancelled Flights and Refunds
Cancellations are being processed gradually, in order of travel date. Affected passengers will receive confirmation of the cancellation at the email address associated with their booking.
Refunds for affected bookings will subsequently be processed in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
Due to the high volume of requests, passengers who have already submitted a request are kindly asked not to submit the same request through multiple channels (email and/or phone). All affected bookings will be processed gradually.
AnimaWings is currently undergoing a judicial reorganization process, initiated by the company to protect business continuity and stabilize its operations.
The decision comes primarily as a result of recurring technical issues that have affected fleet availability, with subsequent impacts on our operational, commercial, and financial activities. These challenges have been compounded by broader economic pressures and rising operating costs.
AnimaWings continues to operate and maintain its flight services. Over the coming days, the flight schedule will be adjusted according to the operational capacity available. Our teams are working continuously to operate as many scheduled flights as possible and to minimize the impact on passengers.

Official Updates
This page is the official source of information regarding the AnimaWings operational situation. It will be updated as new confirmed information becomes available.
Bucharest, 30 September 2026 – AnimaWings has decided to initiate judicial reorganisation proceedings, a process filed by the company with the objective of accessing the legal protection framework required to ensure business continuity, stabilise operations and restructure its obligations in a sustainable manner.
AnimaWings continues its business and flight operations with its currently available fleet. In the immediate period ahead, the company’s priority is to maintain as many scheduled flights as possible while limiting the impact on passengers.
The decision follows a period during which recurring technical issues affecting the fleet have had successive consequences on aircraft availability and, consequently, on the company’s operational, commercial and financial activities.
These challenges have been compounded by a difficult economic environment, reduced purchasing power, prolonged political instability and rising oil-related costs, which continue to place pressure on operating costs across the global aviation industry.
Against this backdrop, AnimaWings’ current financial structure is temporarily constrained, and the protection provided by judicial reorganisation creates the necessary framework to restructure the company’s obligations and ensure the continuity of its operations.
AnimaWings operations continue
In the coming period, the flight schedule will be adjusted in line with available operational capacity. AnimaWings continues to operate with its two available Airbus A320 aircraft and is working to maintain as many of its planned flights and routes as possible.
As a result of the temporarily reduced capacity, schedule changes may occur over the coming days, including the rescheduling or cancellation of individual flights.
Affected passengers will be contacted directly using the contact details associated with their bookings. For flights that can no longer be operated, the company will provide the solutions applicable to each individual situation, including refunds or, where possible, alternative travel arrangements.
Given the high volume of enquiries expected during this period, Customer Support response times may be longer than usual. Requests will be prioritised according to the proximity of the travel date, with priority given to passengers due to travel in the immediate period ahead.
“This is a difficult but necessary decision to protect what we have built over the past years and, above all, to enable us to continue. The recurring technical issues affecting our fleet have, within a relatively short period of time, created a chain of consequences across our entire business, against an economic backdrop that has further intensified this pressure. We have chosen to act proactively and responsibly by accessing the legal framework that allows us to protect the company, our operations and AnimaWings’ long-term prospects. Our immediate priority is our passengers and maintaining as many flights as possible. AnimaWings will continue operating in an adapted format. This is a difficult stage that we must navigate in order to build the company’s next chapter on sustainable foundations,” said Marius Pandel, CEO of AnimaWings.
In the coming period, within the framework provided by the judicial reorganisation proceedings, the company will focus on stabilising its financial structure, restructuring its obligations and identifying the operational and commercial solutions required to ensure business continuity.
The use of legal protection and restructuring mechanisms during periods of financial pressure is not unprecedented in the European aviation industry. For AnimaWings, the objective of this process is to ensure continuity and create the conditions required for the company to return to a sustainable operational and financial structure.
The company will communicate transparently regarding relevant developments and any potential changes to the flight schedule through AnimaWings’ official channels.
The priority remains unchanged: protecting our passengers, continuing operations and building a sustainable path forward for AnimaWings.
